My name is Chanina Landesman
After working in the construction industry for a decade, I decided it was time for a new adventure.

After helping out many friends and family who purchased homes in Israel, I quickly learned that the process is far from easy; especially for those who are not fluent Hebrew speakers or are not in the country while their home is being built.

When I completed my bedek bayit (home inspection) certification, I wanted to use my skills to help anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy home inspector. In particular, English speakers because they deserve dependable service in a language they can understand.
What We Do
Buying a property, either an existing home or a new project, can be a tedious process, one which I am very familiar with. It is imperative that you love the home you live in; scheduling a home inspection with a certified inspector is a great way to ensure that.
As soon as you are able to schedule your inspection (for both a new or existing home), the better! We will travel to your location and conduct a thorough assessment of your home to check it has been built according to current construction standards.

A written report (which can be translated into English as well) will be provided to you and the contractor (kablan) and we will make sure that you understand everything that has been written down.
